Surah An-Naas (in Arabic text: النَّاس) is the 114th chapter of the Qur’an. The surah titled in English means “Mankind” and it consists of 6 verses
Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind,
The Sovereign of mankind,
The God of mankind,
From the evil of the retreating whisperer2 -
Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind -
From among the jinn and mankind."1
